Applications of Water-cooled Diesel Engine
Our water-cooled diesel engines are applicable to generator sets (gensets) or heavy duty vehicles like heavy duty trucks, saloon cars, passenger cars as well engineering vehicles (construction machinery) etc.

Features of Water-cooled Diesel Engine
1. High power and fuel economy:
(1) The vehicle power is compliance with ISO1585 standard;
(2) Displacement: 12L; Vehicle power: 214-331kw; Engineering equipment power: 177-490kw;
(3) Min. fuel consumption rate: 195g/kw.h;
(4) Engine oil consumption is 0.3% of fuel consumption;
(5) The engine power is 10% larger than common diesel engines with same rated power.
2. Stable operation and comfortable driving: stagger crankshaft (30°) is adopted; so the diesel engine is started under 120° stably with a low vibration.
3. Low speed high torque is available:
(1) torque reserve: 30%-45%
(2) wide high torque range and high low speed torque (1000r/min);
(3) rated speed: 1800-2100r/min are all available, so the diesel engine is suitable for various kinds of engineering machinery.
4. Convenient maintenance and good reliability:
(1) One cylinder is equipped with one cover, and the engine parts has a strong commonality;
(2) Internal oil circuit and internal water circuit structure to reduce circuit failure;
(3) Average life time: 1 million km or 1.5 motor-hour.
5. Good low temperature start ability: Intake-air heating device is equipped, so the diesel engine can start under at -35℃.
6. Light weight and compact size:
(1) V type: the front part of the engine adopted accessory-bracket structure;
(2) Water pump, engine oil pump and oil radiator are available.
7. Emission level is better than EuroⅡ; TCD2015 diesel engine is even better than Euro Ⅲ.
